Why should I use feedburner?
Posted by - NA - on 02 January 2006 03:29 PM

There are three main benefits to authoring your podcast XML with feedburner.

    1. iTunes directory compliant XML - the code that feedburner produces includes the proprietary tags that work within iTunes' Podcast directory.

    1. XML that can be viewed in a browser - If you link directly to your feedburner XML link from your website, it will appear in the web browser. This web page will include a button that opens the feed in iTunes.

  1. Podcast Stats - Feedburner keeps track of the number of people who have subscribed to your podcast.
